Ok guys… faux leather pants are back! I totally had a pair in middle school and didn’t honestly think I would ever be back in them again. People are wearing these things for every occasion now… workouts, casual errands, date night and work. I have the “deal” amazon version, but a “real” version of Spanx will cost you around $100.

The amazon reviews made me nervous on what size to order. I ordered my normal size and a size up. I feel like they were true to size and I returned the size up.

I am excited this affordable tunic top and my favorite necklace are back at Jane today! I like to tie the tunic and tuck it in the front. I’ve had the knot come out while teaching before and it didn’t leave wrinkles. The tunic length covers the booty well, too!

I got the necklace in the child’s 14” so that it is more like a choker. I like that length as my everyday look because you can even see it with a basic crew neck top.

There are so many things I want to share with you about this dress. I bought this dress as I prepared to go back to work after the birth of my second child. With my new postpartum body, I wanted to treat myself to something new, but was struggling to find something I felt comfortable in. This dress was the answer to my prayers! Today is a BIG day for local children as they find out who their teacher is for the upcoming school year! In honor of this event, here are some first day of school essentials that you may be interested in.

A year ago, I bought this chalkboard and chalk marker as props for the first day of school photo…lets be serious, photo shoot! I did not have the heart to to wipe it clean and left the first day of school sign as it was until May. Last June, I bought 5 of these dresses after I booked our Disney vacation. These were perfect for our daughter and the summer weather in Orlando.
